Del Sur SEO is Aloft...

Well, it's official. Del Sur SEO has launched in the beautiful North County San Diego community of Del Sur, and frankly, we're stoked. And I think that's an apt expression to use, for a company that *almost* has the word "surf" in it, or in fact, actually does have the Spanish word for "surf" in it. Well anyway, we're stoked.

That's because we're finally in a position to serve the San Diego business community by doing SEO and related work for businesses other than our own. Wow, what a concept. I mean, for years now I've cut my teeth building sites and learning/applying solid SEO principles to businesses I have founded, own, and co-own. This has kept me so busy, I hadn't thought about launching an actual business doing SEO for other people until very recently, and I love the idea.

It gives me a chance to see things from a new perspective, one a lot less biased and therefore in many ways, a lot clearer, than when I have a personal investment in the business and site in question. And I simply like building sites, optimizing them, and watching the traffic, and rankings, and PageRank, etc. grow and take on it's own momentum. Its kind of like a form of "digital alchemy" if that isn't the most cheezy thing you've ever heard (and I wonder if that domain is already taken...?)

Anyway, we're going to keep this post short, really just a hearty "Hello World!" (WordPress, anyone?) from Del Sur SEO in sunny SD. Keep your eyes peeled and tuned to this space for random and miscellaneous SEO and related information, hopefully some of which is useful, or at least, entertaining at times.
